I like drawing Demyx, don't I? x3

Anyways....

This is my first serious colored pencil drawing. I LOVE these things. How could I have ever, even for a moment, thought digital art was better...? Traditional art is really a piece of YOU. Not some Photoshop butchered perfect THING on 8 bamillion layers... That's not expression man.

Anyways, 'tis Demyx. There's a bit of symbolism here, such as the crumpled-up paper representing his nonexistant emotions... Crumpled up and tossed aside, ruined beyond repair... Just like Demyx does not, and never will have a heart, however much he seeks one. The notecard is... him. XD No symbolism there. I'm terrible with kanji, and I forgot what it means... But the kanji to his right means "love" and "few" ...Obvious what that means, seeing as he is a nobody. The Kingdom Hearts symbol on the wall is just that... It's what Demyx and the Order seek-the key to their TRUE happiness. Unfortunately, it looks as though a design scratched into a wall-merely the outline of Kingdom Hearts, much the same as Demyx is the outline of a heart, or a shell, if you will- is the closest he's going to come before Sora mops the floor with him.

...GOD Demyx was hard to beat...

This isn't the best, but I like it. ^^ IT NEEDS MORE COLOR GRRR... No more depressing monotones for me! I like COLOR!! ^_^
